- Provide a comprehensive free quotation, setting out precisely the work we will undertake and how much it will cost. There will be no hidden charges.
- Explain the move to you in detail - what we are proposing and why. We will also answer all your questions, explore other options and make any adjustments necessary to meet your priorities and budget.
- Agree a schedule, so that you know when we are starting and finishing, what will happen in the event of bad weather - and when you can expect to see us on site.
- Set our requirements, covering matters such as property access and pre-packing of your belongings.
- Protect your furnishings, and clean up fully once the job is complete.
Then when you are happy with all the details, we'll simply get on with the job - delivering satisfactory results on time and within budget!
